Turbo Testing Machine

Test Machine is perfect to be used in the final stage of the process of turbocharger reconditioning as well as turbocharger performance tuning.

This machine is designed to perform complimentary testing on the turbocharger which has been reconditioned and adjusted. For all types of turbochargers such as turbochargers with vacuum actuators as well as turbochargers with electronic actuators.

Turbocharger installation on this machine enables the following functions:

• Lubrication with standard engine oil heated at 70 degrees.

• Automatic turbocharger drive up to 80.000 rpm in the first stage of testing and 25.000-50.000 rpm with 0,3bar inlet oil pressure in the second stage of testing.

• Pressure and boost control and measurement for both ranges of above-mentioned speed

• Dynamic flow control of inlet air by 0,3 bar of pressure.

• Speed control with a speed measurement system
