Exhaust manifold description:

The downpipes are made from turbocharger downpipes, which has the advantage of well-shaped channels of individual branches for maximum flue gas flow without restrictions. The transition to turbo is ported and all surfaces are perfectly sanded.

The steel flange is welded to the cast-iron downpipes using TIG technology with a special additive material that ensures an excellent connection of these two materials. Everything first goes through a heating process, and after welding manifold are heated to remove stress in the weld areas, and then slow cooling is ensured. Thanks to this process, our manifold do not crack and have a minimum susceptibility to twisting.
