The downpipes are made from turbocharger downpipes, which has the advantage of well-shaped channels of individual branches for maximum flue gas flow without restrictions. The transition to turbo is ported and all surfaces are perfectly sanded.

Conversion to turbo Garrett 776470 3.0TDI or GTB2260VK (also available in our offer) via flange. A big advantage is that if the turbo housing is damaged, it can always be replaced without any problem, without cutting.

Bolts and gaskets between the leads and the turbo are supplied with the leads. If the leads are connected to a new turbo or the turbo will also have the connection surface reground, there is no need to use a seal on the connection surfaces. Do not unnecessarily tighten the nuts on the dividing plane of the turbo-ducts and always support the turbocharger from below with a massive holder, thus preventing the possibility of underblowing the ducts. Always replace the bolts with new ones including nuts and gaskets before installing the leads on the engine head.

Production technology:

The steel flange is welded to the cast-iron downpipes by TIG technology with a special additive material that ensures an excellent connection of these two materials.  Everything first goes through a heating process, and after welding, the entire leads are annealed to remove stress in the weld areas, and then slow cooling is ensured. Thanks to this process, our cables do not crack and have a minimum susceptibility to twisting.
