Cast iron exhaust manifolds for max. flue gas flow 1.8T 20V engines and for mounting original and hybrid turbochargers

It is necessary to use longer screws of approx. 70 mm, we recommend a minimum screw quality of 12.9

Designed for all transverse mounted engines (except S3 and Cupra, 165kW and 154kW !!)

If you need a version for engines stored along (A4, A6, Passat, Superb), put the request in the notes - we don't have this type in the catalog yet, but it's not a problem to order

Ideal for maximum flue gas flow at high revs, the turbo can have a worse start-up due to the large inner diameter of the individual branches. The inner diameter of the individual branches is approx. 40 mm, but for maximum efficiency we recommend that they be aligned. Due to the size of the inlet collector to the turbo, the leads have minimum restrictions, but this can make it difficult to mount the turbo to the leads (in some cases, additional adjustments may be necessary, but the result is worth it).

We recommend these leads in combination with our K04-000stage2 hybrid turbo, but it also fits the stock K03 turbo
